It's unclear who we feedback to re these bugs - Spotify/Volvo/both. Anyone reported the issue yet? Perhaps the more that do so will see a resolution.

The lists under "Your Library" is handled in a different way in the Volvo app compared to other Spotify apps (for example Android/iPhone).

If you save the song "God Save The Queen" to your library, the iPhone app will also add "Six Pistols" to the Artist list and "Never Mind The Bolloks" to the Albums list. In this case the Volvo app will only save the song but not the album nor the artist. In the artist list you will only see artists that you follow and the album list only shows complete albums that you have saved.

That never used to be the case though?

A quick way of adding an album to the Spotify account in my car was to find a track from it and simply press '+' icon below it. It would save the track, the album and include the artist in their respective tabs in the library.

Obviously selecting the artist in the library never showed all of their recorded work (like a phone/desktop Spotify app), just the albums associated with the saved tracks, but it worked OK.

It worked a bit like a file structure on a USB stick I suppose.

Anyway, it's gone now - we'll have to set everything up from a phone or computer!

Yes, it must have been changed in the latest release.

In the previous Spotify version "Your Library" took a long time to load, probably because the complete song list had to be downloaded before the songs could be sorted into the artist and album lists. In the new version it looks like the song list is loaded in "chunks". That’s probably why the functionality in artist and album lists have been changed.

I just wish I could install it, tried multiple times but the install gets stuck at 43% and won't budge....
