Default Two failures on start - Wiper and Turn indicator

Just got into the car and noticed few really random things. First of all, the Sensus and Cockpit was all way too light almost unreadable. Ignored and turned the car on and oops 2 errors with Wiper Failure and Turn Indicator Failure ☹️

VOC called and awaiting service but any ideas from forum members who might have tumbled across something similar?

Likely steering module / stalk replacement?. I have previously had indicator failure warning which resulted in module swap out.

Oouch! That sounds like a visit to dealership ☹️ I was hoping they could change it when they attend to take a look! Here is hoping it is at least covered under extended warranty 😌

Turn it all off. Leave it for 30 mins. Go back and you might find the fault has disappeared and might even never come back....

Yeh tried that it is still there. Plus the wipers only work on as a rain sensor but can’t be stalk operated, rear one don’t work at all and indicators don’t work either.

It's likely that the Steering wheel module needs replacement. Had this replaced on my XC90 earlier this year as it also stopped the stop/start from working on my car. Mine was covered by the extended warrant I bought, so I've no idea on the replacement cost.
