Well that was pretty painless. Received Dice and Vida promptly, installed software (eventually, note to self, listen to the instructions!!). Everything up and running in a few hours. Simon's support via email excellent and was very quick to respond. Thanks Simon.

(unfortunately) I have only just seen your thread here having bought VIDA/DICE on ebay last week. I am having a LOT of trouble trying to install it on my W7 Pro 32Bit Acer Extensa 5230E (4GB RAM lots of C: drive space) IE Explorer 11. It is going to be dedicated to the Volvo so nothing else other than W7 is on there.

(BTW it says 4GB RAM 2.93GB useable) (32bit)
Can anyone help or advise please (Simon!)? After loading CD and WinRar to unzip, I get error message :
'could not find Variable VIDA_Home'

On the face of it, it sounds like you have a duff extraction disc so I'd have a word with your seller for a replacement.
I offer a Vida installation service for those who haven't bought from me but that will cost money.
If money is the priority, you're better off exploring free options first.

Thanks, I have contacted the seller. Money is not the priority, but it's not limitless either!Can you offer to load your VIDA software and supply a working DICE on to my laptop?
I eventually received a downloaded installation video....IT'S IN CHINESE!!
