I will replace it Saturday as i’m booked to a garage. I will let you know how it’s going. So the air should go freely in both ways? Or there is a one way valve ?inside?

Hello Clan
Just replaced the rocker cover on Saturday. The garage has re-seal the aluminium cover next to the rocker cover and now looking to don’t have the leak anymore. Driven 100miles on 2 days and no more leak so I’m happy. Don’t know what exactly the issue was the rocker cover or the aluminium cover but all good now when I don’t see the oil come off again. Thanks again for your help. |

Same problem.
So I just picked up a V60 D4 last week, EML was on and code was for the egr. I cleaned it and took it to Volvo for a free software ' update' when I cleaned it I wiped the codes on Vida and the elm came straight back so suspicious of Volvo's software update, surely it's just tricking the ECU into not throwing a code? Anyway car is now leaking oil from the cam cover. Clan what parts do I need if I replace the cam cover and gasket? Cover, gasket and 4 injector seals?

Yes a rubber seal and 4 injector mounting kits ... you need to know exactly where the oil is coming from before you do anything ..

So if I take small rubber hose off from the airbox pipe and blow into it what should happen? The one between the cam cover and induction pipe.
