Key programming does use Vida but is dealer only unfortunately.

The Vida which comes with the VCX will code read every module on the car, provide, code descriptions and possible fixes, live data, technical data, parts catalogue and workshop manual

No you cant do key programming unless you are a volvo authorised repairer with a legitimate business .
