Would these be the same as the bulbs behind the warning lights? Got a few of them if they are any good for you?

no mate they are the push in and turn ones which the bulbs can separate from

We own four 940s which use the lamp welded into the lamp holder. The replacement lamps are expensive from Volvo. My solution is to get the lamp holder, which uses the replaceable lamp, from an earlier 70o series. I cut the wires and butt splice the lamp holder in.
The lamp holder shown has a right angle electrical fitting, but most are straight. Get them from the dash switch area, or from under the center console where the seat heater switches are. |
