Default Parking sensor not working after replacing radio

Hi,

Last week I "replaced" the radio in my XC90 MJ 2006 with an Android head unit (Teyes CC3) and lost all the warning chimes including the one for the parking sensors.
I am aware that this happens when you replace the radio. My understanding is that the chimes are "generated" in the Volvo radio. A couple of companies in the UK sell a parking sensor retention interface with a CAN-BUS module and an external speaker which would make the sensors work again for me. But I wonder if there is another way to get the chimes back. As far as I remember, the chimes came out of one or more of the car's speakers. Does anyone know which radio connector the chime output is connected to?

Ultimately, the "output" is electrical to the car's speakers, front and rear (depends which sensors are activating), as driven by whatever amplifier module your model has fitted, exactly the same way as it is for any other signal source e.g. CD

The chime tone request is likely generated by the CEM, and transmitted to either the AUD or IAM/ICM module (depending again, on which entertainment option was factory fitted to your car) on the fibre optic MOST bus. These are the thick plastic orange "cables", a pair thereof, at the back of your original head unit.
