2005 s40 cd changer deck error - Page 2

Ordered a replacement changer today. I've been assured that swapping my original pcb (the large green board, connected by a ribbon connector, that carries the power/speaker/optical connectors) into the new unit, will function correctly.
The "new" changer should arrive Friday, I'll update after carrying out pcb swap and fitting.

UPDATE

"New" cd changer mechanism arrived today. After hooking the new unit up to check it was working (it does), it shut down after appx 15-20 seconds due to MOST security.
I removed the pcb from my original changer, and swapped it into the "new" one. Bingo! I now have a fully functioning 6 disc changer, even my original radio stations were still tuned in.
