Open window

First time poster here, ladies and gents, so please do your worst!!!

To cut to the chase, sitting in the lounge at Heathrow prior to taking off in one hour for a week’s business in Oman, thought I’d check my VOC, which then told me that I’d left a window open. Car is in business car park, can’t get back to it before flight, so my query is:

Given the fact I can start the engine, flash the lights and all sorts of other remote stuff, can I close the window remotely?

Thanks for any and all advice, and I’m sure, some hilarity.

The answer is no, I’m afraid. Though a window showing open, might mean that it’s not actually open, but it hasn’t sensed itself as fully closed. Used to get this a bit on my old XC60 , even though the window was closed. You just need to hope it’s this.

I had open window alert the other day - the window was so slightly down it must have nudged up a few mm when I closed it - I wouldn’t worry, if you’d left it open a significant amount you’d probably be getting VOC alarm
messages by now!

Interesting. My V60 went back to the dealer for a software update after I found the rear window open several inches a month or so ago.

I had the opposite today, could not open front passenger window or rear door due to hard frost. Winters back. A volvo that can't cope with winter conditions and it was only 0°c.
