Default 2011 v70 214bhp diesel no power

i've just had my DPF cleaned and is now refitted reset the adaptations in vida but car feels exactly the same totally flat as though there is no turbo, its now showing a throttle body error
P210000 throttle actuator A control motor circuit/open
P2622200 throttle position output circuit high
i tried checking the live data for the turbo but to be honest i'm not really sure what I'm looking for ,the desired boost pressure and the actual boost pressure both rise together as the car is revved so i'm assuming that means the turbo is working, there's a reading for turbo control valve, bypass or VNT that reads 40% and also turbo control valve wastegate that is on a 100% neither change with revs, could this be related to a throttle body fault.

How many miles on the car ? Have you changed the fuel filter and the Inlet Manifold Pressure Sensor ?

car has 84k full dealer history , i've not changed anything yet apart from getting the DPF cleaned which was blocked.

I've read on other forums that a failed throttle body can stop a DPF from regenerating so maybe this has been the fault.

That could be the case

Apologies but I meant to say cleaned the Inlet Manifold pressure sensor in my earlier post

just removed the throttle body and it's pretty clean inside very little carbon ,cleaned it anyway, removed the top and expected to find a stripped cog but no they are all in perfect condition, tested the operation by applying power to pins 1 and 4 and closes fine so not sure why i'm getting a throttle body error

car seems to be sorted checked the operation of the throttle body in vida and seemed to open and close ok, reset the adaptations and the code has gone and it's out of limp mode, just need to keep a check that the DPF regenerates when needed
