XC70: Electrical - Tailgate lock won't work

I have issue with tailgate, cause it's lock and won't open. I tried the button on the dash, on the key and on the tailgate itself. None of them works.

Lock unit is now changed, ground wire is tested and there's no error code on CEM module. Fuse 25 is fine. If there is relay, I haven't found it... And other functions in tailgate works.

What else can I try... Car model is 2011 and tailgate is not power model.

I used VIDA, CEM was green...
