Default Mirror glass/motor inverted direction left and right

Volvo C30 2012, non-UK.

I've just installed new driver's side mirror (inside cap said LH and seller said it's europe version) from a donor car and when I am pressing middle button to move mirror glass left, it's angling right side and vice versa. I am not sure could I've fck** up something with wiring in the door or the problem is in mirror. I didn't touch glass or motor. Other mirror works fine.
But even if mirror is UK version, still pressing button left, should be angling left side of the mirror glass and vice versa?

EDIT:

Maybe repinning in the mirror connector would solve the problem. But first, I would need to find out which are the 2 pins for controling mirror glass left and right. Could that be tested with the electrician?

Hi
Has your battery been low recently?

During the previous winter when my battery was getting low, after starting I had various spurious errors. Sometimes the radio would not boot up, one time, one of the mirrors stopped working, another time the up was down and the down was up. Etc Etc.

A low voltage on these cars can cause strange errors with the can bus system. Might be worth disconnecting and charging your battery. The disconnect might reset any modules and then try with a fully charged battery.
Worth a try first, before delving further.

I had problems with battery, but the mirror that had this motor was from a donor car.. so I don't know what is it's history. Now this motor is on my old mirror skeleton.. not sure can I reset it somehow outside of car.

The wiring diagrams don't show any difference between LHD Euro spec mirrors and RHD UK spec mirrors. The connections to the door modules (on the window lift motors) both appear to be wired the same. But there still could be internal differences in the mirrors.

The three motors in the mirror (X, Y, and Fold) all share a common connection, so you can't swap the wires in the harness to change the direction, as it would affect the other motors, but you could reverse the connections to the motor inside the mirror to change the movement direction.
