  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Anyone still having problems with VOC?
I cannot start car from iPhone,getting message"your Volvo could not be started because the engine is not working properly"
Won`t lock or unlock from iPhone either "could not contact your Volvo"
Run diagnostics - result all OK no problems !!!!
VOC has been unstable for several weeks but only just noticed the above faults.

Looks like it is only effecting iphone users. Working ok on my android devices.

Thanks for reply. If it’s a know problem Volvo should have sorted it by now. Seems too many issues with VOC in last few months.

Which version do you have installed? Latest VOC is now 4.11.0, which seems to have sorted out the issues on my iPhone caused by 4.10.0. That said it is a very flaky app, great in theory disappointing in reality.

Updated the app today (iPhone) seems to be working again including the watch app
