Default 2003 Volvo S60 2.0T-no gauges,DMI

Hi everyone, I'm trying to help a friend with their Volvo S60, none of the gauges are working, although they do come on for a second or so when you first turn the ignition on then they go dead.
I read up on here and a couple of other places about the DMI module in the speedo and got the cluster out of the car(pretty straightforward I have to say!)
and got the cluster apart and had a look at the circuitboard, I can't see anything untoward with it but apparently it's a really common fault on these?, and I got advised that there's someone on here who offers a repair service?.

I have to say for a 2003 car I was really impressed with how comfortable and how nicely the S60 drives, feels more comfortable than my A5 S Line with rock hard suspension that's for sure!.

You’ve posted in the for sale section😂
The chap you want is Spokulozik (Lukaz) who is very quick at repairing these. https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=143579
