You could try Polytrol.

I've used on on black plastic bumpers and trim and it is very good and lasts a long time (more than 12 months). I've also used it on other things like roof tiles.

A little goes a long way. 0.5L will easily do 2 bumpers.

Do you mean that the bumpers are colour coded to your car? If so I would assume that they are painted then lacquered. Stick a pic up that might help if you could.

You'll find the paint code number on the plate in the engine bay on the left hand side above the wheel. My local car paint shop, that supplies the trade ,will make up the paint in a small bottle or aerosol spray can. - just supply the paint code.

No, they’re not colour coded. They’re moulded in colour which fades over time.

Hello. Thank you for the reply's

The XC doesn't have the bumpers painted like the V70.

They have them black, blue or in brown. They are painted because mine where the paint is more worn (photo) you can see they are black.

I don't want to sand them down or i will take the texture.

But when they fade they get so bad (photos in close are from my car)

Many thanks

I use a product called 'Solution Finish'. Its a plastic dye exactly for the purpose. Have a google or look on YouTube, its really excellent and durable. I think it's only available in black but I'm certain it would transform the look of the car if they were nice fresh black rather than faded manky blue!

Boiled linseed oil, which is available from any good DIY store will "renew" the bumper finish - apply using a soft cloth, with a swirling motion as you would with hard wax polish on paintwork, then finish off with a clean cloth using long lateral strokes - lasts about a year.
