VOC APP Missing Route
Hi all
I had exactly the same thing after the latest App update a few days ago No longer showing actual route taken and MPG Electric used etc Did as suggested turned off Driving Journal in app and back on again and it worked for next journey However next journey it did not Sent 3 e mails to VOCAPP@VOLVOCARS.COM and since Thursday last week all is back to normal showing route taken not just A to B So it seems to me its an App or More likely Server issue. Perhaps if you all e mail them it may push them to do more about it as it seems to happen after most updates I think i read on the forum that Volvo sold this part of the software off to someone else so that may be part of it

And just like that, the trip details are back working on my app and without any emails sent by me.

Now if only I had that success with getting the scheduled charging fixed
Set a schedule on app to charge but now cant amend or delete it Just get a technical error. The service could not be started

Scheduled charging
Hi
I had same issue with scheduled charging on xc90 T8 and had it set up to charge over night and could not then charge the car at any other time or even delete the set up charge. Ended up going to dealer and they had to do a factory reset of whole system to clear it after a few days of not sure how to fix this and having to get volvo sweden involved. |

Yep, gone here too. Oddly, journeys which showed full detail from earlier this is week, now just show A to B...

Hi guys, any change on this? My car went for a service early July and now no route details since, just A to B on the map. I see some of you tried turning off logging and reenabled it again later, did this fix it in the long term?
