  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default 603 headunit. does it have a separate amp

Does this headunit have a separate amp somwhere. All the left speakers work but all the right speakers dont work except for the front door tweeter that has sound. the ohms im getting at the stereo is 90ohms 90ohms and nothing to the other 2 speakers.

No seperate amp on my HU 603 (v70 2003). As regards your other problem,make sure your fader and balance buttons are adjusted correctly

Thanks. Ill be fitting my own amps at some point.
I took the door panel off and the front speaker wasnt even plugged in. Plugged it in and its working now.
So i checked the rear speaker, its an aftermarket speaker but looks wired up, unless the terminal is off the back of the speaker.
As for the far rear one, i havnt taken it out yet to check it
