Default Non starting issue and error msg's

Strange issue today on the P1, anti skid error while pulling up at home. Turned ignition off and on and then another error to add electrical service req'd. Tried starting car and no go. Reseated all fuses and relays in fuse box under the hood. Car then starts first turn of the key ? Connected Dice and cleared all errors, re read after turn off and restart and no errors. Not sure if issue was a dodgy connection or I was just lucky. We did have a non starting issue 12 months ago while on holiday but there were no error msgs and mechanic just turned her over for a minute or more and car then started. There was no other work or intervention by him. Since then the car has behaved for the last 8k miles. Is this fuse box a known problem area on older S60's ?

Battery is good, voltages checked static & when charging. Car was turning over with no problems during issue. It appeared to have no spark to the plugs type sympton. Car has been out again today on a 100 mile + run and no issues have re occurred as yet.

I did wiggle both ECM's from side to side without removing them. So maybe this is a potential fault area. What is the procedure for removing them ?

The 2003 CEM should be fine, if it's this model https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/fo...le.php?id=7908
What voltage do you get with the engine at idle ?
