Don't know of any in Norfolk, closest I know of is the Suffolk one-Orwell Crossing Truckstop on the A14 by Ipswich, 2nd Sunday of the month and there are normally people around from 10am until around 1 or 2pm.

Again don't know of any in Norfolk i'm afraid.
But I'll certainly be going to "The Cars On The Green 2015" motor show in Bury St Edmunds Suffolk with my T4 and it would be rather cool to get a little Volvo stand going =)
