Default s60 gearbox identification

hi
car is s60 2.0t 2005 5 speed
after the hassle of identifying the steering rack I needed from the sticker on the rack, I now have another problem with part numbers..the car has a whine/rumble in 3rd/4th gear which its had for ages so i thought while the subframe is down for the rack I may as well change the box for a used one, so checking the sticker for I presumed a M56 part number I found no such number...I have 9482396 underneath that is 456R7002EB and in the corner C07.. looking on ebay at all the other gearboxes they all have a sticker quite clearly stating M56 or M56L or whatever.. what is it with this car? maybe time to weigh it in, can any one shed any light please?

Can't answer but even a used one I would go right away and put a new slave cylinder on it
