Default Front Suspension

Hoping someone can help

I have a 15 plate XC70 that a while ago was lightly crashed into on the front drivers side. I thought it was just slight damage to the plastic so left it as it was.

I have recently had to change the tyres due to wear and the same area showed significantly more wear on the inside of the tyre (almost into the threads) than the other aspect. Also upon further inspection, the front drivers side rides lower (the distance from the wheel top to the arch is less).

Im wondering if anyone has suggestions past an alignment check. Is there a sensor or bracket that could be bent as i believe its air suspension so wondering if its reading it wrong. I don't know for sure, hence why im asking.

Thanks

Broken spring? They are fairly common, with or without crash damage.

It won't be air suspension on a v/xc70. Some have got Nivomat or 4c (?) suspension but I believe that only means it has adjustable dampers. You also sometimes get self levelling suspension units but I believe they are only on the rear of the car.

Nivomat is only on the rear
