Roof Bars WANTED
Volvo Part number 31213161 which supersedes 9204962 therefore either number would be suitable
Looking for a set of roof bars for a MY2006 V70 that does not have factory roof rails. I don't want roof rails and fitting them is not an option. These bars clamp onto the brackets under the weather strip that runs from the front to back of the car S60 bars do not fit therefore not an option

NO LONGER REQUIRED...
I managed to find a set of V70 roof bars that fit non roof rail cars.

Good to see that you've found some V70 roof bars it's a pity that my S60 bars wouldn't fit!

They are Genuine Volvo V70 bars, part numbers in my original post. They are no longer available new and hard to find used so you need to constantly check the internet as they sell quickly when they do come up for sale. S60 bars will not fit, the rear bar has a different angle and won't sit properly

I think I've found some....
These look way cleaner than the roof rails and bar combo Do you know if these hold as much weight? I'm guessing as they sit on two of the same anchor points they pretty much do |

The site I thought had a set in stock apparently doesn't so I'm back to the drawing board with where to get a set of these
