Default Rear heated window operation

Can't get the rear heated windscreen to work the led comes on but the rear windscreen doesn't clear maybe I have to set other buttons on the console or is there a way to test it already checked the fuse and that's ok.

Thanks jim

Hi
30 amp fuse in engine bay but it's not a blade type, it's a longish square pink thing

It makes sense for them to be on the same fuse but not sure, time to check the wiring at the tailgate/bootlid
