Breaking 1995 855 T5 S Auto Red
Breaking this here car below, I bought it to run around in for a few weeks and then harvest the engine out for another project and scrap the rest, well due to the engine failing loudly and enough to warrant not bothering saving the block I've bought my scrapping plans forward several months
It is a 1995 850 T5s Automatic, all the panels are nice red colour and would be good for repairing damaged red cars, being a S Spec it only has electric front windows and mirrors and aircon, no other toys of note. The interior is a lovely grey half leather interior in really nice conditon. The heated front seats both work which is rare.... The alloys are in decent condition and the tyres have reasonable tread. Engine block and head are screwed as they do a good impression of a diesel engine at the moment. I am just outside of Bedford in the United Kingdom if your wanting to collect big parts, but otherwise I can post bits, that includes overseas if your willing to pay the postage. Parts allready sold/spoken for are Alternator Front Brake calipers and discs & Pads. Rear brake calipers Bonnet Airbox and all pipework 1 headlight wiper arm. Various little trim bits inside. Wiper control stalk MAF Front Indicators Last edited by Chesh740R; Feb 18th, 2010 at 13:41. |

Reposting this due to the server crash and my advert has gone as have any PM messages that people had made to me requesting bits.
I'll try to write down what i can remember and if those people can get back in touch with me. Someone asked about the boot trims fitting there V70, yes the bits were identical when compared to a V70 but all the boot plastic trims in mine are scratched or have bits broken out of them. I recall someone asking about the wood dash trim and floor mats. Someone was after the seats or the carpets. Someone was after the Turbo if i find the will power to remove it from the car. Set of 5 alloys with reasonable tread would be £75 collected from me. I can go out with the depth gauge when it stops raining and get accurate mm tread left measurements. Please ask for whatever else your after, want to try and weigh this shell in before the end of the month. |

I was originally after the turbo but I've sourced another one now, so don't break your back removing it!

Hi,
I've tried and failed at sending you a PM (I'm too new around here I think), but I wondered if you have any of the following trim parts available:
If so, would you be willing to post them to Sheffield, and how much in total? Thanks, Andy.

My advice is don't bother changing the wood dash out, it seemed the only way to do it was to remove the entire dash and then access the rivots and clips from behind with it out the car. |
