I do love M3 drivers and the V40 T5. Occasionally I find one and space to play with their minds. Nothing like a Volvo badge in their rear-view mirror, obviously driven by a old codger who must be wearing a leather elbow patched tweed jacket with accompanying pipe and driving slippers. BMW driver boots his groin appendage replacement, checks he rear-view mirror and does one of two things, drops into slack jawed yokel mode whilst slowing down or hits max frustration and roars away into the sunset. Me, I just laugh.

Gotta luv 'em for trying though!

I usually wait until they get caught at the same traffic management obstacle as me then leave them standing with a howl of 90 degree V6 ringing in their ears!

And THAT i can make up as a topic for my oncoming test!
(different thread, but I`m sure quite a few will know what i`m talking about)
something in the lines of:
"Oh, well.. yes.. it is a volvo club, indeed.. but we are far from holding a grudge against stereotypes, y`know.. take that smoking pipe, as an example.. this stuff is long gone and forgotten! Volvo does go with the modern times! its vaping nowadays!"

Edit:

funnily enough, i do own a pair of shoes that can be called slippers (that comfy, like a soft, smooth sock) and i use these exclusively for driving long distances

(as close as i could- mine arent made anymore)

You're lying.

You must be lying.

If this wasn't a lie, it would mean that 99.99% of BMW drivers are TW4TS who can't use indicators!
