V60 Key issue

So collected my new to me V60 D4 Inscription Pron on Wednesday. It came with two normal keys and a sport key. Little did I know only one key actually worked.
Google told my that the sport key is useless and is a bin job when it dies.
The second key, well I changed the battery (several times) and it's still dead. I am assuming booking it in with the stealers is the only option from here??? If there is a cheaper option, I am all ears my friends.

Sorry if the info is on here already. Not been on for maybe seven years, so my recollection of how to search is a bit faded.

If your key isn't working with a new battery check the battery is actually making contact. There are a couple of little tags that hold the battery against the contacts. Mine are broken so I have some slips of paper on top of the battery to push it down onto the contacts.
