Default De energising Hybrid system.....

I have had a number of glitches over the past 5/6 weeks of ownership of my V60 D6 hybrid culminating in a failure to start for 10 mins last Friday evening. The dealer phoned earlier to say they are de-energising and re-energising the hybrid system.... is this BS, is it re-installing some software or some other process or....??

It’s a posh way of saying they are going to turn it off then turn it on! Oldest computer fix in the book.
