Default Volvo 240 auto gearbox 1991

Shaggy - I'm new to this. How do I PM you? Somebody else on this thread has a gearbox which he will part with - that might be a better bet long term. Will PM cost to you, but I'm embarrassed to make it public knowledge, though I think it was well done and a fair price for the work involved.

I know very little about automatics but what I have heard quoted so far from your specialist is questionable. For example - I also have a low mileage beautiful 240 GLT that I saved from someones drive. It had sat 8 years not moving an inch. The auto box in that is beautifully smooth and I have not touched it at all!
