Default 155k V70R

Thinking about buying a 53 plate V70R with 155k, autobox rebuilt and AWD having been replaced.

How many brave pills would I need to take?

Am tempted, just cant get my head round paying so much for it....

Sounds like it's worth a look provided autobox and AWD rebuild done professionally. Other 'weak points' to check on these are the 4C suspension system (just switch out for standard) and split liners (misfire, lots of steam in exhaust and mayonnaise on oil filler cap - similar to failed head gasket but much more costly to fix). 155k nothing for a Volvo though - I say go for it!

It's full volvo history, 2k for box, 1k for angle gear, still under warranty. Going to see it tomorrow hopefully.

Great purchase and a nice read. The interior is Gobi (as in desert).
Love these cars, on my 3rd R now, but this one is a keeper. Had a flash green\Gobi 03 V70R in auto with 90k, loved it and would of kept it had my current R not come along.
I purchased a leather dye kit for the Gobi, will let you know who from later as I can't remember now, came up pretty good, they make the colour dye from original leather colour, gave it to a mate recently who bought exactly the same combo.
Enjoy your purchase, not many of these left now.
