Fan button occasionally malfunctioning
I am finding that the fan knob is occasionally misbehaving. You can turn it and nothing happens, try a few mins later and it is fine. Basically it is erratic. Any thoughts before I open it up?

Once confirmed (or if you have no VIDA), open up the CCM, dismantle until you have access to the switch, and then spray contact cleaner into the switch contacts

If its like the P2 V70, then the switch itself is sealed as it is designed to resist being thru chemical PCB cleaning process once soldered in place. You may be able to get switch cleaner in around the spindle but don't bank on it.
