  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

OP. As I indicated a couple of posts back I suspect (fear) that I know the franchise you are dealing with. My V90 is due to go in in for it's first service immediately after Christmas and I would like to be forewarned. I appreciate your reluctance to name the dealer but do you think you could send me a personal message on the matter. It goes without saying that I will respect your confidence.

@Boatie - dealer is in Berks and I wouldn't worry needlessly

@AndyV7o - yes its already in and i'm not worried. Theoretically should provide better protection with drop in economy

@Clan - not sure what to say It would have been best if they held their hand up and either offered a refund, replacement or offered to do the oil change as a gesture of good will (and kept my original payment)
