Question Carburettors Tuning > Scotland.

Looking for somewhere to get the twin SU's cleaned, adjusted, and tuned on my 1966 122s, have been looking at Seritas Cars, Prestwick, Ayrshire, as a possible, anyone tried them? or can anyone point me in the right direction of any other firms in Scotland, ( I live on the North west coast, Oban,) so can consider travel to Glasgow, Stirling, Perth etc, or really anywhere.
Cheers,
Kevin.

Hi Kev, my Amazon now at Seditas Cars in Prestwick for a service and tune up. This as a result of your recommendation but so far all very positive and they are very pleasant to deal with.
I have had a wee rumble from the back end somewhere and we have found that it is a bearing in the diff so that is being rectified also. Was a good two hour drive, exactly 100 miles from the Kingdom to Prestwick and was a most enjoyable run. Equally enjoyable train journey back home via Glasgow and Edinburgh. Will probably be middle of next week before I get her back and looking forward to having the wee niggles rectified. I will update when all completed.
Once this is done I hope to meet up with Ian Collinson at the top of the Rest and be Thankful, probably during the week of the October school holidays. Will let you know when and perhaps you could join us in your Amazon for a coffee.
