Metallic "clank" when changing the gear

ordering it today
my mount is shot anyway, will have the clutch+manifold job anyway, I may aswell try this and see

I think a few of my engine mounts are shot to be honest, unless I match the gears perfectly I get bit of a judder/thud. Can recreate this in 2nd as well if I let the revs drop then floor it hard.

It's either that or the DMF....

Undertray one is the only one shot at mine. Im eager to see what change it will make (I hate the current vibrations).
DMF will be changed aswell in my case so I may not have 100% certainty what/if it helped but will see
