Default Needed quite soon, planned maintanence

Hi all,

To keep me on the road providing community nursing, i really need the following items for a Ph 1, "P" reg (1996) petrol, 1800 V40....

1 x Lambda air pump
1 x Resistor pack for the internal fan. (not climate control version. Slowest speed u/s)
1 x internal fan. Not quite as desparate, but it is noisy and will pack up soon.

Post to Worthing BN14 9DX.

Cheers,

Dave

What is a lambda air "pump"? The lambda sensor is a sensor in the exhaust, looks a bit like a spark plug, and has usually four wires. Your car, like mine, will have only one of these. But I've never heard of a lamba "pump" though.

The Lambda pump runs for approx. 2-3 mins on cold start, increasing the oxygen through the system and balancing the fuel system to optimum efficiency. It is slightly smaller than a cola can and can be found just by the fuse box in the engine bay on the passenger side. You might not hear it from the drivers seat, unless it is noisy and about to fail, like mine.....

Mine doesn't seem to have one of those. Nor did the other one.
