Default 2.4D (2005 on) - D5 and limp mode (loss of Turbo)

Well it's almost all back together apart from the injectors, I've got 5 coming.

Just one question for me, presumably the swirl flaps are always open by default if fitted correctly, it cant be any other way I suppose?

Think they are only one way, hope you have it finally sorted. Was going to say sticking turbo vanes or the electronic turbo actuator maybe at fault.
