Unhappy not happy with dealers answers

My V60 has recently had an update of software added at its service. Now when stopped in traffic and engine shuts down, I can hear a noise like smoothing is still running. At first I thought it was the engine cooling fan or air conditioning, however my dealers say its the fuel pump which is controlled by the new upgrade of software.
What I want to know is; has anyone out there had the same problem, and would it be possible to remove this upgrade of software, reverting back to setting per-servicing, so I can resolve this noisy pump and get back to piece and quite when stopped it traffic.

Off top of my head I would say take it to another dealer for a second opinion.
However you will have more chance of getting an answer to your query by posting this in the S/V60/XC60 forum. Rather than the press release area
