just got torque app and http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271623595403 on bay.

paired eventually but the data traffic cant be decoded by Torque app.

There is a red light on the box - but sounds a bit dead to me.


Is there a few gotchas for F wits with no patience.

Could be my car I guess.

Was a samsung Tab4 kit kat

Took 2 days to resolve gmail errors with the wonderfully helpfull google to buy the app.

the torque app comes on a mini cd with the hardware (which i hadn't realised & torrented it before hand)......just got mine delivered today (wasnt' supposed to arrive until 7/8th) but we had to go out & upon my return the Leffe jumped out of the fridge at me...so.....tomorrow it is then......

Hi Chesh, in the vid u mention dont have the toque app on b4 the blutooth connects.

Is it game over if you do it in the wrong order..

Mine wont decode the car data but connects - does drop the link occasionally.



I had a guy read my codes with pukker volvo laptop - his laptob battery went mid read and he had to just pull it in mid interrogation.

Bit nervous my data outlet port is fried

It's not game over, it's just that I've found that to be the most reliable method on a new pairing.
Once paired, you shouldn't have to repeat the same procedure each time.

Go into Torque settings on the Torque home screen then adapter settings and make sure the adapter is checked/chosen as the default device.

mine paired ok with the phone but 'adapter status' via the torque software shows communication protocol problems. I unpaired and re-paired several times.....but got the same problem. I can't find any settings to tweak.
