S40: - EGR issue

Hi,

I have Volvo s40, 2008, 1.6 engine. I recently change the EGR valve with new cable.
After change the EGR, the egr alarm is gone and car performance is better as compare to before.

But between 1500 to 2000 rpm, sometime the car take jerks feels like the fuel is stoped for a while. I faced this issue after replacing the EGR valve with cable.

There is no alarm apart from DPF regenration one.

Kindly help me out how I fix this issue.
