Default 940 estate aerial motor

I bought a really nice '92 940 Wentworth estate a while back and just got around to fixing the stuck aerial mast. When I opened everything up, I found that the motor/drive under the floor is completely missing.

Does anyone know a source for a compatible replacement?

Default 940 Aerial Motor Replacement

I bought a RetroAntenna PA-02 complete electric antenna kit.

The essence of the job is:

1, Discard the RetroAntenna's mast and get one sized for the 940 estate.

2. Discard the RetroAntenna's mast housing and cog line sheath, use the original parts instead.

3. the Volvo sheath end fits into the RetroAntenna's cog line input but the fixing screw holes do not align. I used a couple of pointy self-tappers to secure it

4. Replace the Volvo electrical connector with the RetroAntenna one.

5. Connect the RetroAntenna's motor ground wire to the black, -ve wire of the Volvo wiring side. The aerial motor mounting bolts on my car would not, for some reason, give me a ground.

6. Make a motor mounting bracket from strip metal.
