I had 19s on my S60 - they rub slightly on low speed full lock cornering, i suggest going 235 35 19 size, not much choice of alloys on 19s im afraid though, i had Fox R4 on mine, as for lowering springs most people choose eibachs at approx £200, HR do lowered springs too, or you could look at a full suspension set up and fit adjustable coilovers, you can lower them up to 60mm but it has to be set up by expersts, dependent on where your based in the UK but RT mechanics and SW autos come highly recommended.

Try www.rochfordtyres.co.uk for wheel sizes/types.
