Default 18" Volvo BBS Split Rim Alloys in Silver Ballpolished

Hi guys,

Selling some 18" Volvo BBS Split rims. They are in reasonable condition bar the paint has chipped off the edge piece in a few places. Due to the nature of split rims the edge bit can just be removed and refurbed on its own which makes it an easy fix if you are bothered (I guess you could even just pop some alloy paint on the chips without removing the edge). I think they look brill as they are though. The tyres all have very good tread indeed but I think one may be a bit funny as it appear to have some cracks in the side, its holding the air fine though.

The beauty of these wheels is that they are 7J, and the tyres are 215 width, so i'd imagine that they shouldn't rub any suspension components. I believe they will fit facelift 960, 850, V/S70, S60, S80 and C70, however feel free to correct me on that one.

If you are interested please send me a PM - you are welcome to pop over and check them out. Open to offers.

Cheers,

Yoda960

Are they genuine two piece wheels ? or are they fake studs?

Do you have a BBS serial / part number for them mate?

Of course, didn't realise there were fakes about! Maybe the codenumber on it can confirm it for you?

They are just sat here and having thought about it I think i'd prefer the cash in the bank

I'm not sure how much - i'm open to offers at the moment, I understand that these are a very rare set of wheels so I feel offers should be reasonable - send me a pm if interested!

Many thanks,

Yoda960

Sorry bud i wasn`t meaning the wheels were fake ;-) only i dont think they are split rims, but more split rim look likes, some wheels were made to look like split rims but were in fact single piece with artificial studs , true split rims have all the bolts done in a uniformed manner and would not have a valve going through were a bolt should be

Lol no worries - I was sold them as split rims you see and had no reason to question it. I welcome anyone to come along with a set of torx drivers if they do them back up again at the correct torque?
