Bugger - you're a few days too late, there was a guy near me knocking out single arcadias at £25 a pop on eBay, but (unsurprisingly) they all sold pretty quickly:

I had considered buying a spare off him myself at those prices, then figured that it wouldn't fit in the spare wheel well and I didn't want it cluttering up the boot. It might be worth an email to the eBay seller above, and to A6 Autospares as both of them break a lot of decent spec X40's
