Default Where to find new part prices online? indicator stalk

Hi,

My google-foo is weak. Please can someone point me in the direction of a website that provide prices for new spare parts for mk1 Volvo XC90s?

I need to replace the indicator stalk in the family 2003 XC90 which snapped today.

I wanted to compare new vs ebay used prices.

Cheer.

I had a quick look at

https://www.volvopartshop.com/

and

https://www.partsforvolvosonline.com/

But couldn't find anything

FRF in Swansea or Caffyns will sell you new with discount

circa £30 off ebay seems reasonable

Cheers

Dave

Thanks - It occurred to me that the main dealers parts dept might be open Saturday morning and they were.

£88 inc VAT for the indicator stalk, and if I order early on Tuesday I can get one the same day.

Gonna take it apart today and see if a bit of superglue can do the job!

Check the type of plastic.
If PP or PE then you need to prime the plastic first.
You can get superglue kits with primer especially for PP

Thanks - I have no idea how to tell the difference between plastics - I think maybe a replacement part will end up being the way forward.

At 160k miles and parts failing due to fatigue, maybe it is time to buy a newer XC90? There are some other issues that need sorting.

I pulled it apart and I had no idea what the plastic was - my superglue said it wasn't suitable for PP or PE, but I took the plunge anyway and it seems to have done the job.

I didn't think about taking any photos until it was too late. Sorry.

A few days later and it seems to be holding up.
