Default 2013 S60 T5. No backup camera, no OBDII

Hi, I’m brand new to Volvo and I have an issue with my 2013 S 60. I went in to get an emissions test and there is no signal to my ODB 2 port. The shop wanted permission to “investigate” but I decided to sort this out myself and then take it back for the emissions test.

I have spent the last two weeks searching for the fuse location for the ODB2 port. It’s not in my user manual anywhere, and I don’t have a maintenance manual. I can’t seem to find anything in a Google search or on this site to this point I can only assume that there is a fuse associated with the port. I’m in America, so maybe I’m not calling it what Swedes or Europeans call it.

I have also lost the function of my back up camera. I would appreciate it if someone could offer some direction.
