Maybe......
I would like inside the fuel filler cap or the owners handbook if you have one.....I would nip outside and take a look for you but it's 1 degree, raining hard, blowing a gale and dark!

You mean the space saver tyre?
If it's one of the 4 current road wheels it does rather depend on what size wheels you have... |

Thanks guys yeah, it was the “5th wheel” aka temporary/emergency/spare. Darned wreckyard. I was surrounded with spares from all makes and models. Will have to go back with one in hand.

Happy to check ours in the v70 but not until tomorrow as it's dark, raining and very cold outside - and the space saver tyre is under the subwoofer.
I can say we've used this tyre after a blowout on the motorway and it worked well but is limited to 50mph and we got to a tyre place as soon as possible to get a proper new tyre. I can also say that trying to get at the space saver with a loaded rear cargo area and the subwoofer in place on the hard shoulder of a very busy motorway was not a great experience (we were on our way to Wales on holiday). Nice man from the AA did the wheel change and escorted us off at the next exit. We were also faced with the issue of what to do with the wheel with the blown tyre amid all the luggage etc. - I managed to jam it into the wheel well, but only just.
