Picked up my car today after its second annual service and have tried several times to log in, but each time I enter user name/password it fails to connect, after selecting sign in.
Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? Thank you. tem.

Did you set up your TuneIn account in advance?
Can you access your TuneIn account on your smart phone over Wi-fi?

I had problems with TuneIn last night, but it was working again this morning.
I was unable to do anything in the app at all. Tried signing in and out but it made no difference. It should still work in the car without signing in - the only advantage to signing in is synchronising your favourites between devices. |

Started the car, selected TuneIn and it connected without any further input from me.
Does this mean I have to be logged into my main TuneIn account 24/7, to be able to connect the car app? Confused. tem.

If you don't sign into the app in the car, it will still work fine. Just any stations you use or favourite will not be synced to the other devices.
You only need to sign in in order to synchronise your favourite stations list. i.e. if you use TuneIn on your PC or your smartphone, and save a station as favourite on those devices, then if you've signed into the same account in the car it will also show up in the Favourites list. |
