Default Leak from reservoir cap

Hi, I'm new to this posting a thread, but here it goes. I recently purchase a C30 2.0 SE LUX petrol on a 2011 plate, I have been going through the car renewing filters etc and making sure everything is tip top. Whilst doing this I have noticed brake fluid is running down from the cap and spreading around the molded rim on the reservoir. I have checked the level, cleaned the fluid which has leaked from the threads on the cap and the reservoir etc half a dozen times now, still it leaks on the next journey.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards

Steven
