Default Wheels to fit 2001 V40 2.0 SE estate?

Good morning, and thank you for letting me on to your august forum.

I've just given my nephew my lovely old 850 2.5 tdi estate (maybe the best car I've ever owned), and bought myself an exceptionally tidy 2001 V40 2.0 SE estate.

We drive to the Alps 2 or 3 times every winter, so I've kept the set of winter tyres from the 850, as they'll also fit the V40 (185 x 65 x 15).

However, the wheels on the two cars are different (5 nuts on the 850, only 4 on the V40).

I was hoping to find a cheap set of steel rims, but have had no luck so far.

So I've also been searching breakers for a set of used alloys.

V40's seem to be thin on the ground.

In the back of my mind, I recall that Volvo use Ford hubs. Can anyone confirm that, please?

If so, pushing my luck, does anyone know what Ford wheels would fit my V40, please? Surely, breakers must be full of donor Fords?

Thank you!

Your car predates Ford design involvement however it does share many running gear parts with the Mitsubishi Carisma because Mitsubishi & Volvo shared ownership of the Nedcar factory where they were both built.
You may find that wheels from a 4 stud Mitsubishi are a direct fit to your car.
