You need the flywheel from a '90-94 940 with LH2.4 and the M46 or M47 gearbox (N/A or Turbo).

While it's removed you might as well replace the rear crank seal...

...and replace the flywheel and pressure plate bolts with new...

...and change the clutch fork stuff...

...and just for the hell of it change the M90 seals and oil:

They do exist, but are difficult to find.
This thread might help:

Try searching ebay for some of the part numbers that people have used already.

Default parts!

Yes I've been having a look, I emailed a couple of suppliers but they want a reg number which I don't have of course, even though I gave the part numbers!
I does make you wonder if the people there know what day it is.

Default borg and beck

Cheers for the link, The borg and beck one is £108 , which is quite a difference from the Luk £181. However, is the quality as good as the luk one( sachs ) and there is two aprt numbers! HK 664 = £108 and HK 665 = £132!

No experience with Borg and Beck myself, but Carparts4less list a Sachs unit for £152

Reg number M380EVL if you want a look, that was the reg number of my M90 940 diesel before I ripped it's guts out for the 960

Put your reg in and it gives me a 22 spline clutch, with a different part number! Am I missing something here?

Ah...

Looking at it closer, it's for an M46/7.

Even the "date to" says it's the wrong clutch!

Sorry!

The correct diesel clutch for M90 box is the HK6664, the Borg&Beck one comes with AP pressure plate and Sachs friction disk
