Default Looking the name of the pipe for Volvo s40 2004 Diesel 2.0

Hey looking for Pipe name Number 7 My one have the very top damaged so it has small leak on fast speed i need to order or buy new one but cant find on ebay or any website for that hose Any info where i could buy and how exactly does it call ? Hose which goes from intercooler to double throttle ?

Try FRF Swansea.
Would have thought any main dealer could get one.
Used ones on ebay.
Strong tape would be temp fix

Hey been talking with fe lads some of them saying there shoudnt be any oil leak in that pipe prolly your turbo seal gone or so its not big leak few drops but still wondering in that pipe is there should be oil going or not ??

All depends on quantity.
There is always some oil residue in intercooler pipes of all cars, and you have the twin throttle body type.

Elvie that pipe normally leaks a small amount of oil however I am sure from memory the pipe got changed from hard plastic with a rubber seal( which usually leaked after oil softened the rubber seal) to a complete rubber type hose to the inter cooler it might be worth while getting a complete new hose or just look for the rubber seal as normally it's this that leaks

Yea its very hard plastic pype even very hard to take it off the very top of he pipe part looks a bit like melted i will change the pipe but just wondering where i could buy one i ireland and its better to buy ruber one right?

Other thing few days ago when i was reversig to parking spot i had small whitr smome cloud for meybe 2 seconds and its gone so thats why i' m woring abount the leak should i change turbo as well or just the hose

Hi
if the pipe is leaking may be upsetting the running of the engine. I had the same problem causing loss of power etc. there some oil in the pipe cleaned it out
replaced pipe 3 years ago no problems since. Pipe was expensive

Where did you got the pipe from and how expensive mate? Thats the strange thing have no problem with engine power or anything

I got mine from volvo exeter. Cant rememeber price was either £50 or £90.
Mine had a 3mm split in it causing loss of boast.
